This meal plan is not compiled day by day, but it’s rather alternative. There are 6 meals for each day. You can choose from approximately 12 breakfast options, 15 snack options, lunch with meat or its substitute (so the menu is also suitable for vegetarians), cold lunch options and so on throughout the day. You will get the desired nutritional values from the menu every day, even if you choose any of the listed meal options during the day. This way, you will not be forced by the meal plan to eat specific meals on specific days but you’ll be able to choose freely from whatever you want to eat at that very moment.

The training plan is compiled as a condition and strength training in the gym substitute. It also only uses exercises that can be done at home without any machines or aids. All you need is a pair of dumbbells, preferably with adjustable weights. The training focuses on various muscle sets and recommended cardio training as well. Muscle sets are divided into several training sessions per week. Each training lists the recommended exercises, number of rounds and repetitions, overall training lengths and break lengths between sets, recommended weight for each exercise, pictures of exercises, additional descriptions and terms explanations
